Endorphin Systems has been established since early 2000 and have high standards for ensuring customer privacy and customer satisfaction.
For online ordering we offer a secure server, to protect your privacy and your credit card details. Endorphin Systems website uses a secure server with SSL (secure sockets layer) for payment processing. All payment and customer information is encrypted to ensure our customer's privacy. Your order details are stored on the secure server and then downloaded by us, and erased from the server. All orders are then processed manually instore at the time of dispatching your order. Funds are only debited from your credit card when your items are dispatched.
We do not sell our customer list to any external parties so you information remains secure with Endorphin Systems.
At anytime you can contact us to check on, modify or cancel your order. If you have any questions, please contact us. We reply promptly to questions sent by email.
If you prefer to browse our list of products off-line we also offer a printed Pricelist featuring all of the products that we have available. These are available instore or contact us and we can send one out or include one with your order.

| How can I make payment? |

Sorry we cannot accept cash on delivery.

| Shipping Charge: |
|
For all orders under $120 within New Zealand, there is a flat $3.00 shipping charge. Any orders over $120 are delivered freight free within NZ. We use Contsant Couriers for Auckland Deliveries and Fastways Couriers for all out of Auckland deliveries. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes so we require a physical address for all deliveries.
Delivery times vary throughout New Zealand and we aim to send all orders out the same day we receive them. For Auckland deliveries Constant Couriers offers same day and overnight delivery for most of Auckland, so you should expect delivery with 24 hours of placing your order. For delivery outside of Auckland please allow 3-5 working days . Sorry we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

| Can I place an order for delivery overseas? |
|
We welcome orders from any where in the world*, and currently have satisfied customers in the USA, UK, and Australia.
With all International orders we require confirmation of credit card details by fax, and request all international customers to fax a copy of their credit card including signature to prove ownership of card.
We also accept payment by Pay-Pal and this is our preferred method of payment for International orders.
*Sorry we do not accept Credit Card orders from Malaysia and Indonesia.
All international customers will be contacted by email to confirm delivery charges prior to processing order. Please provide a valid email address. If we cannot confirm shipping charges we will not send your order.
Please note that you pay shipping charges based upon the actual weight of the package. Obviously small bottles and capsulated products are cheaper to ship than the heavier protein powders and nutrition bars.
To purchase a product, simply place an order via our website and we will contact you with the additional shipping charges. We will not charge your credit card until you confirm shipping charges.
If you prefer please contact us with your requirements and we will calculate them for you.
Generally small orders to Australia (2 or 3 bottles of capsules) will cost an additional $5-$15 dollars for 1-2 week delivery.
Please ensure you use a current and active email address. We will attempt to contact you via email to verify shipping charges and delivery address. Due to extra costs of International phone calls we will not contact you by phone. If we cannot contact you via email, or you do not reply to confirm delivery, your order will not be processed.

| Stock Availability |

We aim to keep in stock every item we carry. Occasionally we and our suppliers do run out of certain products and/or flavours. If any product is out of stock we will contact you before we send out your order, and if there is to be a delay in getting it, suggest a suitable alternative.

| Valued Customer Club |
|
Simply make any purchase over $60 and we’ll sign you up to our Valued Customer club.
For every $60 that you spend per purchase you’ll earn 10 points.
i.e.
spend $60 earn 10 points,
spend $120 earn 20 points,
spend $180 earn 30 points etc
Once you’ve collected 100 points you'll get a $50 credit voucher to be used on your next purchase.
Please note that the total from each order is is not cumulative and the total is not carried over to next purchase i.e. points are rewarded per each single purchase - 10 points per $60 per purchase.
On confirmation of all internet orders customers are notified in the order confirmation email of how many points they earned in that purchase and of their new points total.
i.e. You earned 10 points with your order. Your new points total is 50 points.
Once you reach 100 points you will be notified by email, and a $50 voucher will be mailed out to your most recent mailing address. This voucher is then able to be redeemed either in store or online. If redeeming online you must enter the unique number code into the comments box of the order form. The $50 discount is then applied to that order only, and the unique code is crossed off and dated with order number and name to indicate that the voucher has been redeemed.
