If you would like to call in and see us, we have our Retail Store conveniently located at 337 Onehunga Mall, Onehunga, Auckland. This is the main road running down through Onehunga and we have parking right outside the door. Check out the FIND US page for a street map and full directions on how to locate the store.
Instore we offer our complete range of products for sale, as well as helpful, friendly advice and an electronic bodyfat measurement service using state of the art TANITA scales. Call in and browse through our range or pickup a catalogue and order from the convenience of your own home. Instore payments can be made by Cash, Eftpos, or Credit Card.

Please ensure that the email address you use for your order is a current and active email address. Upon ordering you will be sent an automatic confirmation of your order. Within 24 - 48 hours we will also send out an email to confirm order payment and notify you of expected delivery time. We will also email you if there are any problems with your order i.e. products out of stock, payment problem etc.
If we cannot contact you via the given email address and there is no phone number contact given, we will not process your order. Please ensure to check your emails within 2-3 days of ordering.
Due to extra charges of international phone calls, international orders will not be contacted by phone - we will only contact you by email - if we cannot confirm shipping charges, and/or if we do not receive a reply email from you, we will not process your order.
